I joined the Real Estate profession in 2000 and offer a unique level of Real Estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism.  I am a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and a consistent top producer with over 11 years experience in the Real Estate industry.  I have participated in a variety of Real Estate contract transactions, including Bank Owned Foreclosures (REO), Short Sale Negotiations, Commercial Real Estate and Traditional Real Estate sales in the State of Florida.  My established relationships and local experience makes me the right Real-Estate professional for all of your Real Estate needs.

I have resided in Central Florida since 1997 and  made my Home in Kissimmee Florida near Walt Disney World, where me and my family enjoy frequent visits to all of the major attractions and social events in the community.

• To navigate the complex decisions involved in today’s Real Estate market requires the guidance of a professional.  I am committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, timeliness and enthusiasm.  I provide my clients all the information necessary to help them make Real Estate investment decisions throughout the changing market cycles.

• I am Certified in Short Sales and I have the knowledge and experience to get your home sold in a timely manner.  Call me today for a Free Compared Market Analysis for your home.

A successful Real Estate transaction is built upon the strength of relationships and the experience of how to get things done.  I am well respected by my peers and have developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in the industry such as title companies, attorney's, lenders and appraisers.

• Real Estate continued education is very important to me, I have attended held numerous training classes  in many parts of the State.  I believe that it's important to give REALTORS®  the necessary
tools to continue learning the constantly changing Real Estate market.

My professional associations include the National Association of Realtors; I was the 2009 Osceola County Association of REALTORS® President, 2009 National Association of Hispanic Real-Estate Professionals of Central Florida Vice President, current Board of Director for Florida REALTORS®, current Board of Director for Mid-Florida MLS, and a member of numerous Multiple Listing Services in the State of Florida.

“Weather you're moving across town or across the globe please know that you will receive one on one service to get you through your home buying or selling process”.

Traveling through Osceola County is a journey back in time to the Caloosa Indians' "land of long waters." Unspoiled prairie lands, sandy ridges, many lakes and very few towns still characterize more than 90 percent of the county and offer outstanding fishing, hunting and water sports. Cattle ranches and citrus groves represent the prime industries in this vast, wonderfully scenic region. Osceola County is a natural domain for Florida's true cowboys!

The northernmost part of the county provides quite a contrast! Florida's major tourist attractions are clustered in south Orange County, just across Osceola County's northern border, bringing tremendous growth to Kissimmee and St. Cloud. Tourism has become a major factor, and now banking and light industry are making their marks. Many planned communities, complete with their own business districts, schools, health care and recreational facilities, are quickly making their appearance.

The Houston Astros conduct their spring training in this area of Central Florida. Osceola County's own contributions to the Attractions are Splendid China, A World of Orchids, and the exciting Silver Spurs Rodeo, Florida's oldest professional rodeo.

In February of 2012, there were 396 residential homes sold at an average price of $100,000.  The highest priced home selling for $1,550,000 and the lowest priced selling for $8,000.

There are many wonderful homes in this area, but you need a local market expert to help you. Watson Realty Corp is a locally owned company with over 40 years experience selling homes in the area. Call the Watson experts at 800-257-5143.
